The WHS series of processors provide processing of rapidaccess
film.
The built-in microcomputer accurately controls the developing
temperature and time as well as replenishing chemicals to
ensure stable high quality in processing.
Incorporating many superior features into the compact body,
they realize high quality, low cost and space saving and high
quality development of rapid-access films including a newly
introduced high-contrast one.
Developing time, developing temperature and
replenishing chemicals are accurately controlled by the
built-in microcomputer so that stable high quality in
development is promised.
Developer and fixer are accurately replenished in
proportion to the area of processed film. Against
developer oxidation a replenishment is automatically
made every twenty five minutes during operation
which prevents developer fatigues provides to get
uniform development of roll film.
The sufficiently long developing stroke as well as the
unique transporting mechanism consisting of soft and
hard rollers arranged face to face ensures high quality
and unfailing transport of film.
Each roller rack is light weight and easily detached
from the machine. In addition the rollers and gears can be easily
removed without using any tool and the operator can make easy
maintenance.
When film is not being processed, the water supply is automatically
turned off and the heater and blower in the drying section changes
to a standby state. Also the drive speed changes to low speed
making it possible not only to save on water and electricity but also
to prevent water on the dry parts.
The hot air generated by the heater is forced by the centrifugal
blower against the film surface for drying.
All floating matters in each tank such as fur and gelatin are
discharge those near the liquid surface are led through the overflow
and those near the bottom of the tank are led to out side the tank by
a special means.
