Programmed calibration stabilizes system & lower service costs
Digital proofing users have been suffering from system calibration and high cost of service for years. Using our easy-to-follow procedure and a spectrophotometer such as an X-Rite DTP41 or the Gretag i1 and Gretag ProfileMaker software, even a novice can build ICC Profiles and calibrate EagleProof to achieve professional results lower than 2 ?E. Unlike the conventional way to re-calibrate the system manually, EagleProof provides a function which can automatically identify deviation from the original state and fix it, which ensures the consistency of the color proof quality and reduces service costs.
Automated proof production
Founder EagleProof can be automated to accept jobs through your network via AppleTalk, NT Pipe and Hot Folders, or submit the job directly from the program menu. Hot folders can be individually configured to ensure accurate color, content and output media.

The system supports most popular proofing systems from leading vendors such as Epson, HP, Canon and more.
Ensure output quality and reduce errors with fast and flexible color and content preview
Ensure the output is accurate by previewing content and color via your PC prior to committing to printing a proof. PC preview features include preview of content, color separations and composites, along with functions such as Zoom, Negative, Mirror and Rotate preview. EagleProof lets users preview jobs on their PC.
Save media and time with automatic tiling & ganging
EagleProof's auto-ganging function can combine small pages or jobs of varying sizes to match the proofer media size allowing the user to maximize media usage and reduce costs.
More security means more production
Founder helps supervisors reduce user parameter entry errors with EagleProof's template password protection feature. Templates can be developed and authorized by the system supervisor. Approved templates are password protected from unauthorized changes, ensuring jobs are processed consistently with minimal operator errors. EagleProof includes a Template Library system for secure permanent or temporary backup. Customers can recover from system crashes by simply reloading all producible templates.
Retain Black printing for lower production costs
EagleProof Retain Black ink option provides for true Retain Black printing of text and gray elements for lower printing costs.
As the successor of the stabile performance and reliable color reproduction of the earlier version (EagleProof 3.1), EagleProof 3.5 provides more value-added functions to users to get quick and accurate color proof. Major improvements include Latest RIP core Support for ink hue Support for UV ink of HP design Jet 5000/5500 Border/cut line: This newly designed function simulates size and position of CTP plate with previewable and printable border/cut line on the proof. Added auto tiling function with overlay parameter setup Added plate replacement function, allows the use of one plate color to replace another color (e.g. to print out Cyan plate as Magenta Plate) Optimized Color Tune function Improved template manager, quality control strip, and more devices supported. EagleProof 3.5 runs as a demo version without the dongle. While the limitation is that it can only be operated for 100 times with water mark on the print. Maximum job format supported is 450*330mm.
